Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, order processing may take longer than usual. If we experience significant delays, we will notify you via email.

Please note that these delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been dispatched.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, NuveOrganics™ may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

NuveOrganics™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@nuveorganics.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

NuveOrganics™ is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Weather events

  • Natural disasters

  • Labor disputes

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

If your tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by your local government.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging

  • Photos of the damaged product(s)

We will review your claim and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
