You may not purchase products from this Site if you:

2. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from NuveOrganics™.

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms.

Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email. A binding sales agreement is formed only after your order has been accepted and confirmed by NuveOrganics™.


3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice.

Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, shipping, or handling fees unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received in full before any order is processed.

We currently accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

You represent and warrant that:

• All payment information provided is accurate and complete;

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided;

• Charges incurred will be honored by your financial institution.


4. Satisfaction Guarantee

At NuveOrganics™, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

To be eligible for consideration under our Satisfaction Guarantee:

• Products must be used as directed.

• Requests must be submitted within the applicable guarantee period stated on the product page.

• Proof of purchase may be required.

We reserve the right to approve or deny claims in cases of abuse, fraud, or policy violations.


5. Shipping and Delivery

NuveOrganics™ will arrange shipment of your order using our selected shipping carriers.

Shipping times provided on the Site are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

NuveOrganics™ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or events beyond our control.


6. Returns and Refunds

If you wish to request a return, please contact support@nuveorganics.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund:

• Products must be returned in accordance with our return instructions.

• Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition unless otherwise specified.

• Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned products have been received and inspected.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
